Dann kam hier der Porto-Zuschlag noch später zum Tragen als in Preußen.Vertrag von 1866:

Zu den Gebühren: "unfrankirte Briefe unterliegen einem Zuschlag-Porto von 5 cent" bzw. 1 Sgr. Die Einteilung in Rayons entfällt, jeder einfache Brief kostet 3 Sgr. oder 20 cent.
